With a degree in music business & engineering, Heather spent 2 decades managing, producing, and booking her favorite musicians but left it all behind to found The Good Life in 2013. Though she’s still known to get a little too excited when one of her favorites plays at Pappys, she spends most her time these days geeking out over architectural details and helping her clients build generational wealth through real estate. Whether you noticed her swoon over leopard print carpet on Million Dollar Listing or wood beam ceilings at one of her listings, Heather’s energy and enthusiasm are infectious.

Julio closed his one-man Highland Park barber shop in 2019 to join real estate forces with Heather on a quest for The Good Life. Julio was well-known on LA’s eastside for his personal level of service and great relationship with his clients. He brought that same caring personality and commitment to service to The Good Life as our expert in-house buyer’s agent and right hand man.
